Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026

PlayOnGG provides game guides, game databases and community builds. This notice explains how information is used when you visit playongg.com or use a PlayOnGG account.

Information we receive

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile picture. We use these details to identify your account and let you sign in. PlayOnGG does not receive your Google password and requests only basic identity, email and profile access.

We store the profile details you provide, including your username, display name, biography and avatar; builds you save or publish; build likes; and feedback you submit, including an optional contact email. Requests also involve technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security events, used to operate the service and limit abuse.

Public and private information

Your public profile, display name, username, biography, avatar and published builds can be viewed by other visitors. Keep personal information out of these fields if you do not want it public. Your email address, draft builds and submitted feedback are not displayed publicly by the application. Authorized administrators can access information needed to manage the service and respond to feedback.

Cookies and service providers

We use cookies for sign-in, the Google login flow, language preferences and navigation. Google processes sign-in information under its own privacy policy. Application data is stored on our VPS hosted through Sumopod. Google profile images may be loaded from Google. These providers process technical information needed to deliver their services.

Storage and account requests

We retain account information and content while needed to provide and protect the service. Security and operational records may be retained for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Deployment and recovery copies may contain account data and content; removing information from the live application does not immediately remove it from existing recovery copies.

To request access, correction or deletion of your account data, contact hamacos15@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request. Published information copied by other visitors or external services may remain outside our control.

Contact and updates

For privacy questions, contact hamacos15@gmail.com. We will update this page when the service's data practices change, with the effective date shown above.
