Sources and added value
Our references draw on game client data and official announcements where available. We organize related records and provide explanations, worked examples and tools. Imported records and summaries are not claims that PlayOnGG created the underlying game text or artwork. Guides should answer a player question rather than repeat a list of data.
Verification and uncertainty
We distinguish static client values, calculations checked against game logic, official patch announcements and observations made during gameplay. Static data cannot establish undocumented server behavior, a guaranteed drop or a live market price. Unconfirmed information should be labeled, and empty placeholders should not be presented as confirmed mechanics.
Check the game version and any coverage limits on the relevant page. The Deskrawl data sources and coverage guide explains its extraction and calculation methods. The War of Genesis source notes identify the community export and snapshot limits used for that catalog. A publication or revision date does not by itself establish that every value was rechecked against the latest game patch.
Responsibility and corrections
The PlayOnGG site operator maintains site-authored reference material and guides. Community builds are submitted by their displayed creators and are not automatically endorsed or independently verified. If a source conflicts with a page, send a correction with the page URL, game version and supporting evidence.
Advertising and independence
If advertising is introduced, paid placements will be labeled separately from guide content. Advertising must not be presented as a download button, navigation control, game reward or recommendation from a game developer. Visitors should never be asked to click an ad to support the site.
Site-authored guides selected for advertising need an individual content and rights review. A large database or an automatically generated page is not sufficient evidence of editorial quality or permission to monetize third-party assets.
