Stations, access and unlock cost

The Workbench contains nine stations. Forge and Salvage are available at level 1. Later stations require the listed highest hero level and a one-time gold purchase. Forge and potion recipe tiers advance through use rather than being purchased individually. These are the installed 0.8.1 client defaults. Runtime balance settings can override costs, quantities, unlock levels and bonuses.
