QuestAway basics

Sources and version limits

Where the QuestAway data comes from, how beta defaults are labeled and what is not available offline.

Primary source

This wiki was assembled from the public game definitions and artwork embedded in the installed QuestAway 0.7.3 client, Steam build 26021268. The executable is read without launching or modifying it. Player saves, account credentials and private account state are not used.

Community cross-check

QuestAway Wiki and its source notes were used to cross-check the version, core catalog counts and map naming differences. Its mechanics reference also explains the distinction between raw defaults and shipped settings. Game text and artwork in this catalog come from the local client.

Defaults and live values

The client exposes base definitions and permits runtime balance overrides. The catalog labels raw class defaults, skill coefficients and pet kill requirements accordingly. It does not treat them as guaranteed current combat results. Server-controlled prices, purchases, market listings and rankings cannot be established from static files.

Reading units

Many percentage stats use basis points: 100 points equal 1%. Health, Regen and Absorption use character-sheet scales of ×10, ×1.5 and ×5. Block and dodge ratings are not direct percentages. Passive-tree effect types remain explicit so flat, percentage and increased modifiers are not conflated.

Coverage

The current catalog includes classes, skills, passive nodes, pets, monsters, maps, equipment bases, gems, runewords, materials, potions, professions and achievements. Hero skins are listed in the client appearance catalog. Live social systems, Codex and furniture are not included.

Attribution

QuestAway and its art belong to ART X GAMES. PlayOnGG is an unofficial fan reference. Beta data may change at release.
